Before starting sauna, I was moody and emotional. I was feeling a lot of regret and remorse for all of the people that I had hurt. Four days after beginning sauna, I started to notice a positive improvement in my thinking and attitude. As the days went on, I finally began to sleep throughout the night. I am now able to think and make decisions with a clear mind. I feel like all of the drugs and toxins that I had been putting into my body are now gone and I feel better today than I can ever remember.
